We Have the Official Menu for This Year's Golden Globes—It's Even More Luxurious Than You’d Expect
It’s giving… expensive!
The Golden Globes are tonight, and you may be focused on which of your favorite shows and movies will take home an award or what the stars will be wearing. But honestly, we had one question in mind: What’s on the menu?
We were able to snag the official dinner menu and champagne selection for this year’s ceremony, and to say it’s a taste of luxury is an understatement. The dinner offerings, curated by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, feature an array of seafood mains and sides, and we’re excited to share the exclusive look.
The 81st Annual Golden Globes Menu
Salmon Tartare with Caviar
Just as you’d expect at any top-tier award show, caviar is on the menu. In this dish, it’s paired with salmon tartare. A fancy, fishy bite, this is just the first of the seafood dishes—and not the only time you’ll see salmon in this dinner lineup.

Yellowtail Jalape?o
Yellowtail with a kick? Sounds delicious to us, so we can only imagine how it tastes. The classic dish is a fresh and forward way to start. While seemingly simple, the quality of the ingredients is most important here—and we’re expecting the best!
If your mouth is now watering for something warm and spicy, we don’t blame you. Check out these dinners featuring jalape?os that are so tasty, you’ll want to make them again and again.
Sashimi Salad with Matsuhisa Dressing
The chef’s Matshuhisa Dressing is made with chopped onion, soy sauce, rice vinegar, grapeseed oil, sesame oil, sugar and seasonings like salt, pepper and powdered mustard. Combine that with a mixed green salad topped with tuna filet for a burst of flavor.

Tai Matsuhisa Nigiri, Salmon Nigiri and Tuna Nigiri with Nikiri Soy
Three separate nigiri sushi dishes will be served with nikiri soy, a sweet soy sauce: tai matsuhisa nigiri (red seabream), salmon nigiri and tuna nigiri. Nigiri is a type of sushi where the raw fish is laid on top of a mound of rice.

Miso Black Cod
We’re drooling at the thought of miso’s sweet, rich flavor paired with black cod as the main dish of the night. It reminds us of our own highly-rated Miso-Maple Salmon, which uses simple ingredients and only takes 15 minutes to make.
Champagne
As the final toast, expect the stars to be drinking a variety of Mo?t & Chandon champagne from their flutes. The official bottle of the night will be the Mo?t Impérial Brut, but the brand’s Rosé Impérial will also be available.
