When is the Ohio State Fair? Here's when the butter cow will be on display
The Ohio State Fair and the iconic butter cow is nearly upon us once again.
The 2024 fair runs July 24 through Aug. 4 at the Ohio Expo Center and State Fairgrounds. It will feature a variety of fun events, food and exhibits for the whole family.
New Food Avenue, between the Ohio Lottery Main Street Stage and the north end of the midway, will offer brand-new food items from first-time vendors at the fair, including pickle lemonade and Cleveland corned-beef egg rolls.
The entertainment schedule includes Ice Cube, Kidz Bop, Lauren Daigle, Stephen Sanchez, Gabriel Iglesias and Boyz II Men.
A thrill show, Ohio State Fair history exhibit, mural and art competitions, career pathway space at the Lausche Youth Exploration Space, Wheels of Agriculture Game Show and marathon race for March of Dimes are just a handful of the new additions debuting at this year's fair.
