Your old toys might bring you more than just a wave of nostalgia when you dig them up out of your basement closet-they could be a hidden sources of some cold hard cash as well. From Precious Moments figurines to retro Cabbage Patch dolls, relics of our past are going for hundreds-even thousands-on resale sites like eBay.

Everyone's favorite (or most terrifying) furry, electronic, gibberish-speaking pets, Furbies dominated the late 1990s toy scene-and yours might be worth a cool $4,550, according to eBay. That's if you still have it, of course. The Tiger Special Millennium Edition Furby is going for that insane amount of cash right now, so you might want to scour through your childhood relics to see what other kinds of money you could be making off of the cutest toy of the millennium.

Of course, your Furby will be worth tons more moolah if it's in pristine condition-aka, still in the box-which might be a deal breaker, since, you know, they're literally meant to be played with.

Other Furbies that could bring in some extra income on eBay include the 1998 First Edition Furby ($249.95), 2006 Funky Singing and Dancing Furby ($270), and Orange Furby With Brown Eyes from 2005 ($330). These aren't the only valuable Furbies out there-editions from different years are up on eBay, like a rare Valentine's Day Furby and a Tiger Furby with Blue Eyes. Although those aren't going for as much money, if you have enough of the beloved 90s toys, you could be making some serious cash.

Hasbro still makes Furbies and currently has a ton of options to choose from on Amazon-grab yours today so you can relive your childhood.
