Olivia Wilde Shares Rare Photo of Her Kids for a Good Cause
Olivia Wilde has her kids by her side while she stands up for what she believes in.
The Don't Worry Darling actress, 39, took to her Instagram to share a rare glimpse of her children as they picketed in support of the Writers Guild of America Strike.
The post captured a black-and-white photo of Wilde sitting in between her two kids, Otis, 9, and Daisy, 6–whom she shares with Jason Sudeikis–as they held up signs that read "Writers Guild of America Strike," "Honk!" and, "Acting together for a better future," to support the writers in Hollywood.
"Core memories include learning about corporate greed even when you wanna love Netflix. ??????," the actress wrote in the caption.

Wilde also took to her Instagram Stories to share a few additional snaps, including one in color that showed off her bright yellow sweater and red and yellow Adidas sneakers that matched her picketing sign.
The writer's strike began on May 2 after the WGA was unable to meet an agreement with major Hollywood studios over contracts involving writers' compensation. The WGA represents over 12,000 writers working on writing scripts for television, movies, podcasts, streaming shows, late-night shows, and much more.
The 2023 writers strike marks the second WGA strike since 2007 when the union fought for greater funding for writers' rooms in comparison to increased profits for larger studios. The strike went on for over three months and resulted in tons of shows being canceled, which is a probable outcome for this year's strike as well.
Along with Wilde, many other stars are also picketing, including Rob Lowe, Jane Fonda, and many more.
