Right now, the eyeliner pencil Julia Roberts’ makeup artist just told us she uses on the actress is on sale for just $14 (and, yes, I did buy both of her go-to shades) as well as the brand’s Monsieur Big Volumizing Mascara, which has more than 5,400 five-star ratings.
