Plus, up to 40 percent off a Sarah Jessica Parker-worn brand and steeply discounted sweaters at Amazon
In spending so much time thinking about what to gift everyone else this season, we take very few opportunities to treat ourselves, which is why I’m here to remind you that you deserve a gift — one you know you’ll love — too. But I’m also keenly aware that many of us (and our bank accounts) are running on empty, so I scoured the internet to find major deals on must-have items, from celebrity-worn makeup and fashion to haircare, and found four you won’t want to miss.
Ulta Haul-idays Sale: up to 50 percent off high-end makeup
Reformation Winter Sale: up to 40 percent off celebrity-favorite fashion
René Furterer Winter Sale: up to 25 percent off haircare
Amazon Sweater Sale: up to 54 percent off winter staples
Ulta Haul-idays Sale
Lanc?me Le Stylo Waterproof Long-Lasting Eyeliner Pencil, $14 (Originally $28)
Lanc?me Monsieur Big Volumizing Mascara, $15 (Originally $30)
Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Foundation, $34 (Originally $49)
Estée Lauder Double Wear Sheer Long-Wear Foundation SPF 19, $34 (Originally $49)
As part of Ulta’s ongoing Haul-idays Sale, you can shop luxury makeup brands at major discounts, including 50-percent off select Lanc?me items. Right now, the eyeliner pencil Julia Roberts’ makeup artist just told us she uses on the actress is on sale for just $14 (and, yes, I did buy both of her go-to shades) as well as the brand’s Monsieur Big Volumizing Mascara, which has more than 5,400 five-star ratings.
And select items from Estée Lauder are on sale for 30 percent off, including its famous Double Wear Foundation in full-coverage and sheer formulas. Fans of the SPF-packed skintint call it a “holy grail” product, raving that it’s “lightweight…but buildable” while being super hydrating. And according to a customer over 55 years old, it “covers [their] uneven skin tone and doesn't settle into wrinkles.”
Reformation Winter Sale
Preston Baggy High-Rise Straight Jeans, $89 (Originally $148)
Mason Pant, $125 (Originally $178)
Agathea Chunky Loafer, $161 (Originally $268)
Wallis Cashmere Midi Dress, $227 (Originally $378)
Right now, the brand worn by all of your favorite celebrities — including Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Lopez, and Gigi Hadid — is offering up to 40 percent off shopper-staples. During Reformation’s rare sale, you can stock up on pretty much everything, including winter essentials, like this cashmere dress that’s perfect for any upcoming holiday parties, as well as these trendy loafers (which Hadid has worn) that are now over $100 off.
But I’m also using this as an opportunity to buy pieces that can help round-out my capsule collection, i.e., timeless pieces I’ll wear with pretty much everything, and these straight-leg jeans and trousers fit the bill. The Mason Pants feature pleats, a wide leg, and are available in 20 colors, 12 of which are currently on sale.
René Furterer Winter Sale
Triphasic Thickening Shampoo, $30 with code WINTER20 (Originally $38)
Astera Fresh Soothing Freshness Serum, $35 with code WINTER20 (Originally $44)
Tonucia Replumping Conditioning Mask, $43 with code WINTER20 (Originally $54)
Triphasic Progressive Concentrated Serum, $69 with code WINTER20 (Originally $86)
If you’re looking to up your hair game, don’t miss René Furterer’s winter sale. The French brand, which has been used by Dakota Johnson, is currently offering 20 percent off orders over $50 with the code WINTER20 and 25 percent off orders over $100 with the code WINTER25 (which means you have an excuse to splurge). If you’re looking to add some thickness to your locks, consider the brand’s Triphasic Thickening Shampoo or the Triphasic Progressive Concentrated Serum, both of which are designed to reverse thinning. According to one fan, even their stylist noticed new growth after incorporating the serum into their routine.
But if you’re looking for a cooled scalp and hydrated, stronger strands, the brand’s Astera Fresh Soothing Freshness Serum and Tonucia Replumping Conditioning Mask are both musts. “I have a really sensitive scalp that gets tender and itchy and this stuff is amazing,” wrote one fan of the soothing serum, adding that they’ve tried it all “but nothing works as well.” And according to a customer with scalp eczema, this is “the best solution [they]’ve found” for treating their symptoms.
Amazon Sweater Sale
Anrabess Sweater Coat, $44 (Originally $60)
Efan Turtleneck, $40 (Originally $55)
Zesica Chunky Turtleneck, $28 (Originally $60)
Lillusory Fuzzy Sweater, $35 (Originally $60)
Now’s the best time to finally refresh your sweater collection given that a number of Amazon’s best-selling knits are on sale. If you love a classic turtleneck, Efan and Zesica both have great options. Efan’s sweater features an oversized, rolled neck, split hem, and drop shoulders, leading one shopper to call it “chic and so comfortable,” while Zesica’s pairs a more traditional turtleneck with a chunky-knit design.
Other great options include Lillusory’s super fuzzy sweater, which is available in 24 colors, as well as Anrabess’s Sweater Coat. “This is the perfect sweater…It's super soft, cozy, warm, and just incredibly comfortable,” gushed one shopper about the Anrabess knit. Another fan was obsessed with the piece’s versatility, explaining that the style can be easily dressed up or down. “[I] can wear [it] over a jogging outfit or even with heels,” they said.
