As a home magazine editor for more than two decades, I’ve come across my share of products designed to make life easier.
And if I had to pick one company that consistently turns out sanity-saving goods, the answer is easy: Oxo. Hands down. From storage containers I’ve used in every room of the house to contain clutter to a snazzy corkscrew that’ll open a bottle in seconds (important!), their gadgets are genius and much appreciated. And now more than ever, we need stuff that’ll make us feel more in control.
So when I saw that Oxo was having a 20-percent-off sitewide sale, I was psyched. And you should be too. Because it means things like their gorgeous coffee maker is $40 off, and the best space-saving utensil organizer on the market is just $20. But act fast—this sweet sale only goes until April 11.
So without further ado, I present you with my all-time top 10 favorite Oxo items for keeping me from not going cuckoo.
Soap Dispensing Sponge Holder
Don’t even get me started on that drippy, gooey bottle of dishwashing liquid holding court next to the sink. It doesn’t make you want to do the dishes, does it? Thankfully this gizmo dispenses soap with a one-handed tap and has vents to let the sponge dry. Love it.

Large Expandable Utensil Organizer
Put a fork in it—you’re done searching for a utensil organizer! This one holds a ton thanks to a smart design that lets you stack stuff in opposite directions. It also expands to hold long items like tongs and spatulas.

OXO 5-Piece POP Container Set
Sure, they’re amazing for pasta, beans, and other dry goods. But I also use these plastic canisters for my kids’ ever-expanding collection of craft supplies (sequins, beads, pom poms, oh my!) and in the bathroom for everything from cotton balls to throat lozenges. Different sizes make it a snap—and fun!—to organize all your stuff. Plus, they have air-tight lids and curved corners for easy dispensing.

OXO 9-Cup Coffee Maker
I admit it: I can’t live without my morning cup of joe. But I’m also a sucker for good design, and I don’t want a brewing behemoth hogging my countertop. So when I saw this sleek coffee maker, I started drooling. The machine replicates the pour-over method to make anywhere from 2 to 9 cups and features a fancy “rainmaker” shower head to cover every last bit of grounds. And it’s easy to use—just turn the dial to choose the number of cups.

OXO Good Grips 16 Piece Smart Seal Plastic Container Set
My mom always said: There’s a lid for every pot. Ok fine, these aren’t pots! But a set with matching lids just thrills me every time. I love the pop of green, and the leakproof seal. The BPA-free cuties, which happily stack and nest, are perfect for leftovers, meal prep, and serving.

Uplift Tea Kettle – Anniversary Edition – Brushed
I used to have a kettle made entirely of stainless steel—even the handle. It was beautiful but I can’t count the number of times I burned my hand when it came time to pick it up. Who designs a kettle like that?! This version, however, is the perfect marriage of form and function. When you grab the heat-resistant cork handle, the spout opens automatically. Tea time!

I can’t get enough of a one-handed rip. And this baby gives it to me good, with no wobbling at all. It mounts on a wall or under a cabinet to save precious countertop space, and makes me happy every time I look at it.

Toilet Brush & Plunger Combo
Sure, I want a plunger in the loo in case of emergencies—but I don’t need to stare at it all the time. Same goes for the humble toilet brush. That’s where Oxo’s Toilet Brush & Plunger Combo shines. When you need to plunge or clean, simply pull out a tool and the lid pops open and stays that way; put it back and it snaps shut, ready for its next big adventure.

OXO Good Grips Expandable Dresser Drawer Divider (2 Pack)
The last thing I want is for my skivvies and bras to intermingle—opposite sides of the drawer, please! These dividers expand from 11 to 17 inches, so they fit most drawers side to side or front to back. And no tools needed—they simply lock in place.

OXO Steel Vertical Lever Corkscrew
When I want a glass of wine, I want it NOW. And this baby wastes no time—it grips that bottle and extracts the cork with two easy movements. It’s such a smooth operator, you’ll feel like a sommelier. A bar cart essential that’s worth every penny. Cheers!
