Paris Jackson Delivers Boho Glamour in Giambattista Valli Dress, Bigi ‘Blanket’ and Prince Jackson Suit Up for ‘MJ: The Musical’ Red Carpet

Paris Jackson brought boho fashion to the press night of “MJ: The Musical” in London on Wednesday. The daughter of Michael Jackson walked the event’s red carpet in a dress from Giambattista Valli‘s fall 2023 collection.

Paris’ dress was made of a light fabric, allowing for extra movement, in a terracotta shade. It featured a ribbed corset bodice and a breezy, draped long skirt. She carried a Stella McCartney chain bag and completed the look with brown strappy sandals.

Giambattista Valli’s fall 2023 collection was inspired by Joséphine de Beauharnais Bonaparte, first wife of Emperor Napoleon. “She was empress for just five years, then followed another life, I love that independence, and her exchange with other cultures,” Valli previously told WWD.

Paris is a Giambattista Valli enthusiast. She attended the brand’s fall 2022 show during Paris Fashion Week and wore a punk-inspired dress from the designer to the Vanity Fair Oscars Party in 2023. Paris has also worn pieces from Dundas, Stella McCartney, Jean Paul Gaultier, Yanina Couture and Gucci on different red carpets.

At the “MJ the Musical” press night, the singer posed with her brothers, Prince Jackson and Bigi Jackson (also known as Blanket Jackson), who both coordinated in classic black suits — Prince added a pop of red with his button-down shirt, which he paired with a black tie, while Blanket donned an unbuttoned white shirt.

“MJ the Musical” is based on the life of Michael Jackson, who died in 2009. The show, which was initially scheduled to premiere on Broadway in mid-2020 but was postponed due to the pandemic, features multiple hits from his career.
