Parks & Rec. accepting reservations for front-row parking at Bottle Rocket Bash

Jul. 1—For the comfort of those wanting to see the fireworks up close and take part in the festivities surrounding this Thursday's Bottle Rocket Bash, the Greenville parks and recreation department is accepting reservations for front-row parking at Greenville SportsPark.

Reserved parking for Greenville residents will cost $25 and reserved parking for non-residents will cost $35. Reservations can be made by calling Parks and Rec. at (903) 457-2994.

In addition to the by-reservation-only front-row parking, the rest of the SportsPark parking lot will be available for free on the first come, first served basis.

Free overflow parking will also be available on the grass by the gravel parking lot at the SportsPark and in the Greenville High School parking lot.

A shuttle bus service will not be provided this year.

The gates of the SportSpark will open for the bash at 6 p.m. this Thursday. In addition to fireworks, the event is to include food trucks, vendors, games, a kids zone and live entertainment.
