'Party of Five' Siblings Reunite for a New Hallmark Movie, 'A Merry Scottish Christmas'!
A Merry Scottish Christmas
Almost three decades have passed since Party of Five debuted on Fox. The family drama ran for six seasons and followed five siblings after their parents died in a car accident. The show launched the careers of its ensemble cast members—Matthew Fox, Neve Campbell, Scott Wolf and Lacey Chabert. All went on to star in popular movies and TV series like Scream, Mean Girls, Nancy Drew and Lost. Two of the show's cast, Wolf and Chabert, will reunite for the first time in A Merry Scottish Christmas, an upcoming Hallmark Christmas movie that will debut during the network's Countdown to Christmas lineup.
Here's everything we know about A Merry Scottish Christmas.
What is A Merry Scottish Christmas about?
The movie, written by NBC Correspondent Andrea Canning and American author Audrey Schulman, follows estranged siblings Lindsay (Chabert) and Brad (Wolf) who travel to Scotland at Christmas to reunite with their mother Jo (Fiona Bell). While there, a big family secret is revealed.
“We are so excited to reunite Lacey and Scott and know our viewers will fall in love with this movie,” said Lisa Hamilton Daly, Executive Vice President, Programming, Hallmark Media. “The nostalgia of seeing Lacey and Scott together again on screen is going to be a special holiday treat for our viewers.”

Are there any Easter Eggs in A Merry Scottish Christmas?
There are! Look for a nod to the Party of Five clan, the Salingers, in A Merry Scottish Christmas. Also keep an eye out for a familiar face who you or may not see waltz or tango, but you will see him do the "highland fling".
Did you know? There's a difference between "whiskey" and "whisky". Whisky (no e) refers to Scottish, Japanese, or Canadian distilled grain spirits. Whiskey (with an e) refers to grain spirits distilled in Ireland and the U.S.
When does A Merry Scottish Christmas premiere?
An exact date has not been released, but A Merry Scottish Christmas will premiere during Hallmark Channel's annual Countdown to Christmas event which typically begins at the end of October.
