Paul Rudd Captures Hearts As the Internet's Ultimate Swiftie

Paul Rudd is a certified Swiftie!

Celebrities have been turning out in droves for their chance to experience Taylor Swift's three-hour-plus concert experience. Now, Rudd is capturing the hearts of fans after he was spotted in the VIP tent at the Sunday, May 28 Eras Tour stop at Metlife Stadium, with a 13 drawn onto his hand and a stack of friendship bracelets on his wrist.

Several photos of the actor enjoying the show made the rounds on Twitter, as did one video uploaded to TikTok by user gabbbyyelise, who rushed up to the edge of the VIP tent to give the Ant-Man actor a bracelet. "Oh my god!" someone yelled as the group approached. He walked right up to the barricade to accept the gift, holding it up in thanks before showing off the bracelets he'd already received that day.

Other fans were shaken by the encounter, with one commenting, "YOU DID NOT OMG," and another writing, "I CANT BELIEVE THIS BYE."

As a screenshot of the Marvel star accepting the bracelet began spreading, others expressed their jealousy, with one replying, "I would legitimately freak the f--k out. Omg."

"KING. he better leave with so many friendship bracelets," another said.

Others focused on the crudely drawn 13 on the back of his hand, a nod to earlier musical eras where Swift did the same before each show.

As news of his presence spread, the Twitterverse had a lot to say about missing out on sharing the same airspace as him and Swift at the same time, for better or for worse.

In addition to Rudd and countless others, Mariska Hargitay and her daughter have been spotted dancing the night away, Thomas Rhett and his wife lost their voices at a rain show, Jenna Bush Hager geeked out about attending with her husband and her girls, Selena Gomez and her sister Gracie showed up to support her friend, Emma Stone was captured "losing her gd mind" over "You Belong With Me," and Billy Joel won Dad of the Year when he brought his daughters to the show.
