Paula Abdul Proves She’s Still Got It in New TikTok Dance to Meghan Trainor's 'Mother'
'The Masked Dancer' panelist puts her impressive dance moves on display in her latest TikTok post.
Paula Abdul is showing her TikTok followers who is boss—or should we say, mother.
The 60-year-old singing and dancing sensation graced the video platform with a new clip of her dancing to Meghan Trainor's hit song "Mother," proving that she's still got some seriously impressive moves.
Starring alongside her proteges and professional dancers Shariah True and Kausha Campbell, Abdul acts as their dance mom in the clip, which begins with her clapping a pair of tap shoes together to get the attention of her "daughters."
The Masked Dancer panelist alum is seen wearing a pink bathrobe with her hair in curlers, while mouthing the lyrics, "I am your mother," before the video transitions into all three of the ladies dancing to the viral Trainor track.
Abdul then completely nails the dance sequence, wearing a pair of high heels and lip-syncing the lyrics as she does it.

"Mother knows best!" she captioned the post, which was also shared to True and Campbell's respective TikTok pages.
"My daughters ????," Abdul wrote underneath the post on True's account, while Campbell captioned her post, "Our Dance Mom knows best."
"Paula Abdul is ?? at ANY age! Role model ??," one fan commented on Campbell's post, to which she replied, "For real!!!"
Others noticed the striking similarities between the three women, despite there not actually being any biological connection between them.
"Paula really does look like she could be your mother ????," one user told Campbell, who replied in the comments, "Crazy, I know!"
Abdul also got plenty of love on her post, including a message from one person who gushed, "Why has this woman not aged [and] can still dance in heels that high."
"Still slaying. What a queen," another fan wrote.
Someone else suggested that Abdul should have starred in the music video for "Mother," although that slot was already filled by celebrity matriarch Kris Jenner, the mom of all moms.
