Paulina Porizkova, 56, flaunts toned abs in trusty gold bikini: 'Is that Sports Illustrated calling?'

Paulina Porizkova is proving that age is nothing other than a number — for herself and her bikini.

The 56-year-old supermodel — who made a career out of rocking the latest runway fashions — broke out a five-year-old gold swimsuit during her recent vacation. On Tuesday, Porizkova shared a shot of her posing in the metallic string bikini against an idyllic beach backdrop, adding her go-to hashtags #SexyHasNoExpirationDate and #BetweenJLoandBettyWhite in the caption.

"This is why I hold on to all my clothing," the mother of two said. "I always seem to like it better a few years down the line. When it's [no] longer fashionable or worn by everyone."

Indeed, the widow of Ric Ocasek chose another gold vintage item — a 15-year-old Dolce & Gabbana gown she told fans made her look like a "female Oscar"— when she attended the Oscars with new beau Aaron Sorkin in April.

It's unclear if Sorkin accompanied Porizkova on her beach getaway. Her bikini post marks her first since teasing fans on May 24 that she was "taking a small vacation somewhere special with someone special."

Her trusty gold bikini proved, at least, to be a big hit with her friends and followers on social media, who hailed her as "stunning" and "super-gorgeous."

"You are INCREDIBLE!!!!!!" fellow model Kristen McMenamy gushed.

"Is that Sports Illustrated calling?" one commenter quipped to Porizkova who, at age 18, became the first woman from Central Europe to star on the cover of the magazine's famed Swimsuit Issue.

"Stunner as always," read a comment from actress Tarina Patel. "Old is gold they say."

Earlier this year Porizkova spoke to Yahoo Life about "trying to look my age and be visible" as an older woman.

"I think I look more like my age, so for me to do a provocative shot, where you can see the ropes in my neck — which I actually like, I think they're cool — and you see my wrinkles and quite often I don't wear any makeup," she said. "It's me trying to incorporate the fact that I look 56 with the fact that I can still look good, rather than look younger."
