People are criticizing KKW's body-positive fragrance campaign: 'Where is the hair?'
Kim Kardashian has had her fair share of criticism when it comes to body positive messaging, but she seems to want to change her messaging with the promotional campaign for her new KKW Body fragrance.
The ads feature women of different shapes and sizes. Stretch marks, cellulite, belly rolls, and dimples can be seen in images that were posted to the KKW Fragrance Instagram page over the last few days.

Many people are praising Kardashian for showcasing different body types. “Beautiful,” one person wrote in the comments. “Stretch marks are beautiful,” another said.
But there’s a solid group that’s not impressed with one obvious omission in the photos: body hair, which appears to have been completely edited out. “Not realistic though. Not a single hair,” one person wrote. “Love this, but hair is humanly. So where is the hair?” another said.
Kardashian has made it clear in the past that she’s not into body hair. “I am obsessed with laser hair removal,” she told Allure back in 2010. “Arms, bikini, legs, underarms…my entire body is hairless.”
Kardashian hasn’t had the best messaging with body positivity lately. In July, she posted a series of Instagram Story videos that featured her sisters complimenting her on her recent weight loss and implying that she had an eating disorder. “I’m really concerned; I don’t think you’re eating,” Kendall Jenner said in one video. “You look so skinny.”
Kardashian’s reaction: “Omigod, thank you!”
Kardashian also got heat for promoting “appetite suppressant” lollipops back in May. The ad was deleted, but actress Jameela Jamil of The Good Place called her out on Twitter. Kardashian has not publicly responded to the latest criticism.
