People are going crazy over Emirates' 'diamond-covered' plane
The internet is losing its collective mind after Emirates airlines posted a picture of one of its planes covered in diamonds and crystals.
The Emirates “Bling” 777 — which many took as a reference to a Boeing 777 aircraft — was pictured alongside baggage carts and shuttle buses, an otherwise everyday travel image aside from the plane’s spectacular embellishment.

A Boeing 777 plane is typically 242 feet, 4 inches long — meaning a whole lot of precious gems would be needed to cover it.
Not surprisingly, people were freaking out on Twitter in reaction to United Arab Emirates-based airline’s post.
Although some accused the airline of “showing off,” others were simply concerned about whether the plane would be able to take off in general.
I aspire to have this much money 😥

Some were skeptical about whether or not the plane was real.
