People Magazine named this Oklahoma lounge to list of most beautiful restaurants in US
If you're looking for that perfect, photo-worthy dinner spot, head to the heart of Oklahoma City for what People Magazine called the "most beautiful restaurant" in Oklahoma.
The magazine collaborated with OpenTable to name the "50 Most Beautiful Restaurants in America," naming a restaurant from each of the 50 states. These restaurants included "fairytale-inspired gardens, tropical rooftop escapes, and avant-garde art installation," the magazine wrote.
"These super-stylish stunners deliver unforgettable dining experiences," People wrote in the announcement. "There are mountaintop chalets with modern rustic touches, glammed-up Art Deco mansions with a view, and mirror-and-glass paneled sky-high stunners."
According to People, the most beautiful restaurant in Oklahoma is The Great Hall, found inside the First National Building in downtown Oklahoma City.

Nicknamed "Oklahoma City's Living Room," The Great Hall is coined as a place to gather throughout the day to drink your coffee, eat lunch or dinner at the bar or enjoy cocktails, beers or wine.
The Great Hall was designed at the turn of the century and stands out with its art deco skylight, columns and murals displaying significant events from Oklahoma's early history, painted by Edgar Spier Cameron in 1931.
"This palatial lobby inside the landmark First National Center building in Oklahoma City reflects its opulent Art Deco origins," People Magazine wrote.
The Great Hall menu: What to expect
The lounge menu in the Great Hall has a selection of snacks, entrees and dessert. Start with the charred eggplant dip followed by the Tellers burger or margherita pizza. Satisfy your sweet tooth with some cheesecake or affogato.
Choose from a variety of cocktails, including two non-alcoholic options, wine by the glass or beer.
On Thursday through Sunday, make a reservation for afternoon tea service, including a variety of teas, sweets and snacks, with options for kids, a charcuterie set up or a build your own mimosa bar.
The Great Hall hours
The Great Hall hours, located at 120 N Robinson, are as following:
Breakfast: 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Dinner: 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The bar is open until 11 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and until 12 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
