Pete Davidson Smiled When a Fan Asked Him About Those Kate Beckinsale Rumors

The Golden Globes were full of fashion, beauty, and truly the most confusing celebrity hookup story this year-Pete Davidson and Kate Beckinsale. The two were reportedly seen leaving a Golden Globes after party together and the internet went WILD. Beckinsale has since made a cheeky little comment about the rumor, and now Davidson is following suit.

Us Weekly reports that while performing a set at a standup comedy club earlier this month, a fan in the crowd yelled Beckinsale's name. A source tells the outlet that in response, Davidson "smiled sheepishly" and said, "yes" into the microphone.

That certainly seems like a confession if you ask me. Earlier this week a fan made a comment on one of Beckinsale's Instagram posts about the alleged hookup, which was captured by celebrity Instagram account Comments By Celebs.

"No that's my mother. Easy mistake," she replied to the commenter. Hilarious, but she didn't deny it ˉ\_(ツ)_/ˉ.
