The ‘Phenomenal’ Costco Fridge Staple You Have to Try
There’s nothing more versatile than the humble potato. Fried, baked, loaded — the possibilities are truly endless and endlessly delicious. Perhaps the undisputed champion of potato preparations, however, is the ever-popular mashed variety, and everybody (grandma included) has their own recipe.

All at once, a side dish and a main on its own, the delectable concoction is just as much science as it is pure love. Simple as they are to prepare though, some days we want a set-and-forget, no-effort dish, and for that, we turn to our trusty neighborhood wholesaler, Costco.
The warehouse giant has created quite the fan base by offering incredible deals on exclusive items you can only find if you purchase an annual membership card. Whether you’re in the market for dairy-free ice cream or you want to give that viral rotisserie chicken a try, Costco has you covered. And, If you happen to find yourself with the expertly prepared poultry in hand and are looking to complete your meal, look no further than the retailer’s recently released Loaded Mashed Potatoes.

No stranger to breaking the internet, Costco quietly added the delicious-looking dish to their prepared food section, and it didn’t take long for shoppers to notice. Weighing in at nearly 4-pounds, the comfort food classic consists of creamy Yukon gold potatoes, Kirkland Signature bacon and butter, shredded parmesan, mozzarella cheese and sour cream. One of the many Costco-themed social media accounts, @costcohotfinds, posted a preview of the dish on Instagram and while won’t disclose how many times we’ve watched the video since finding it, we'll reveal that it's definitely been more than 10.

Amongst the sea of nearly 800 comments, users unanimously agreed that the spuds look good enough to eat. “I want these. I hope they’re in South Florida. I can already taste them with steak and broccoli or green beans.” said one person. Another dropped the mic with two words, “………….girl dinner ??.” Though it probably would make a great option for that, we can bet it's good enough for anything else you're thinking of, too.
