Thanks to Reddit user 805dino, who waxed poetic in the coveted Trader Joe's subreddit thread about the new limited-edition heat and serve dip, I now know the perfect way to eat Roasted Hatch Chile & Jalape?o Cheese Dip: "with the ridge cut chips."
A creamy concoction made from a mix of sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and spiced up with roasted Hatch chiles and jalape?os, other fans reviewed the dip as being wonderfully creamy with the right amount of heat.
All the prep work required to get a huge bowl of this molten cheesy dip is to pop the container in the microwave or the conventional oven. Ridge-cut chips aside, the spicy and cheesy dip can also cling spectacularly onto crunchy, salty vessels like tacos, quesadillas and baguette slices. Me personally?
