This Photo Of Elizabeth Hurley’s Incredible Abs In A Sparkly Bikini Proves She’s Fitter Than Ever At 53
It’s no secret that Elizabeth Hurley has a sick body. But she’s constantly sharing photos of herself on Instagram in bathing suits that completely blow me away. (She’s 53, you guys!)
The latest: Elizabeth just shared a photo of herself in a gorgeous teal bikini from her Elizabeth Hurley Beach collection and now I really, really want that swimsuit.
“Soft light & a sparkly bikini,” she wrote in the caption. The bikini top is embellished with pretty sparkly designs, and the bottoms have simple side-ties. Elizabeth topped it all off with a matching sheer robe and wow…the effect is straight-up stunning.

She’s been on a swimsuit-posting roll lately. Last week, Elizabeth shared this pic of herself in a cut-out one piece that showed off her legs:

And a few days before that, she shared a photo of herself casually modeling a lemon yellow string bikini, as one does:

While it probably doesn’t hurt to have her genes, Hurley previously told Women’s Health that she’s pretty conscious about what she puts in her body. She starts her day by drinking two mugs of warm water, followed by a breakfast of Greek yogurt with a banana and honey.
Lunch is usually a bowl of vegetable soup and at dinnertime, she tends have grilled chicken with “lots and lots and lots” of vegetables.
She also makes a point to work out regularly, but her routine is way more doable than you’d think. Elizabeth says she does squats while she brushes her teeth and does 30-minute walks with her dogs to “get my heart rate up.” She also does yoga and Pilates.
BRB: I need to take my dog for a walk and eat some veggies.
