All the Photos of Prince Charles's Trip to Japan for Emperor Naruhito's Enthronement Ceremony

Following Prince William and Kate Middleton's royal tour of Pakistan, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's tour of southern Africa before that, Prince Charles is getting an overseas trip of his own.

Back in August, Clarence House announced that the Prince of Wales would travel to Japan "on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen," serving as the British royal family's representative at Emperor Naruhito's enthronement ceremony. The event was a who's who of royals and diplomats from around the world.

While in Tokyo, Charles is also making time for other royal duties. According to Clarence House, Charles's trip "will include a day of engagements in Tokyo to celebrate British-Japanese connections."
