Pickle Juice Vinaigrette Isn't As Weird As It Sounds — It's Legit

It sounds a lot worse than it is. Honestly, out of all of our crazy pickle sh*t - like cupcakes or pickleback dogs - pickle vinaigrette may be the least offensive. It's a tangy, dill-y alternative to your everyday (boring) red wine vinegar dressing.

The magic ratio here is: 1 part dill pickle juice to 3 part oil. Also in the mix are Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and fresh dill. The combination is killer. And in case you're wondering we've never tried this with bread and butter pickle juice (and are a bit skeptical to), but please let us know if you do.
Obviously this dressing tastes great on a salad, especially if it's cobb. But it can also be used as marinade or even a dipping sauce for bread. For real, a jar won't last long in your fridge.
