P!nk and her daughter, 12-year-old Willow Sage Hart, are tugging on fans' heartstrings with their latest appearance in Australia.

The two, who consistently wow fans with Willow's regular guest appearances at her mom's concerts, made some time amid their adventures down under to stop by Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, where they signed autographs, gave gifts, took photos, sang songs and more with the children currently admitted there, bringing tears to the eyes of their families, and her fans.

In a video uploaded to Instagram on Tuesday, March 12, in Australia, the "Cover Me in Sunshine" singers shared a few clips from their visit, 22 years after the first time the global superstar first stopped by.

One patient shared how much P!nk's music means to her, while the mother of another opened up about how two songs in particular have helped her get through what her son is going through. In another snippet, she complimented a patient's guitar after signing it, and the day couldn't end without a duet between the mother-daughter duo.

"...it was a privilege to return to @rchmelbourne this week," she wrote. "Thank you to everyone who spent time with Willow and me. Thank you for sharing your stories and letting us play you a couple of songs. We won’t forget this day ??."

Parents who've lost their children to cancer were touched by the visit, even from afar.

"I want to tell you that this is so special," one wrote. "Thank you and Willow for taking some time to visit these families. Finding light in those dark times has more impact than most can even imagine. ??."

"Thank you," another said. "I can’t tell you how much those moments of sunshine mean, both to the child and to the family." The comment continued, "It’s obvious the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Thank you for being such gracious, and giving human beings."

Several other fans agreed, with one calling the two "peace makers in this world!??????." They continued, "More love like this is needed!! What a beautiful thing you have done for all those families and their precious children! Random acts of kindness bring more sparkle!?."

"P!NK you are a shining light in this world!!!! ??????," another comment read, while someone else complimented their "amazing hearts. ????."

The singer was also recently commended for giving out banned books at her Florida concerts in opposition to the spike in book bans in the southern state and across the country.
