Pink's Routine Involves Everything From Wake Surfing To 32-Mile Bike Rides
ICYMI, singer and performer Pink is pretty much a total badass. She's a killer musical artist, mother to two lil' kiddos—daughter Willow Sage, 8, and son Jameson Moon, 3—and wife to husband Carey Hart.
On top of that, the three-time Grammy winner has a super strong, toned body, which she hones doing everything from yoga (she once did crow pose with her son on her back) to biking to surfing waves near her California home. Oh, and did I mention she's also basically a full-fledged gymnast? (More on that later.) In between the sports and acrobatics, she also trains with fitness coach Jeanette Jenkins (yep, they've been doing virtual workouts like the rest of us.)
Pink's also known for her body-positive mindset. She's publicly celebrated her thunder thighs, and has talked openly about how her own body image has evolved over the years. But it wasn't always that way for the Get The Party Started singer: In an interview with Billboard, Pink recalled going to fittings earlier in her career and feeling "fat" despite the fact that looking back she realizes she was "so thin." Today, she says she's learned how to appreciate her body: "Now I'm almost 150 pounds, and I look f*cking awesome," Pink said.
If you want to embrace Pink's active way of life, come right this way. The singer's "go big or go home" approach to fitness will make you wanna grab your workout gear and get your sweat on, too.
"I always wondered why God gave me thunder thighs. It's cause he knew I'd use them."
