New Pizza Ranch & FunZone Arcade in Lisbon has set an opening date of Aug. 5

The wait is nearly over. Lisbon's Pizza Ranch & FunZone Arcade is slated to open Monday, Aug. 5, the company announced on its Facebook page.

Pizza Ranch is at Lisbon Business Park East, a part of the village's first TIF district. It's at Townline Road and Main Street (Highway 74) at the former site of Lied's Nursery. Lied's closed about 14 years ago.

Pizza Ranch will join other businesses at the business park, including Polyak Trucking & Polyak Logistics, Attitude Dance Company and Kwik Trip.

What will Lisbon's Pizza Ranch & FunZone Arcade be like?

As with other Pizza Ranch restaurants, it will have a pizza buffet with several different kinds of pizza, a salad bar, chicken and desserts. Hours for the Pizza Ranch & FunZone Arcade have not been posted.The FunZone Arcade will include highly interactive and high-energy games along with some nostalgia games with a redemption area for prizes, according to a news release from Pizza Ranch.

There will also be a party room that holds 60 people, according to its website.

Pizza Ranch is having open interviews from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. this week until Saturday, July 20. Interested applicants can also fill out an application online at pizzaranch.com/careers and select the Lisbon location.
