With Fourth of July fast approaching, there will be only one fireworks display scheduled in Lebanon County for the holiday, but that doesn't mean that there aren't any options.

Annville, Cleona, Cornwall, Jonestown, Myerstown, Richland and Mt. Gretna boroughs will not be holding displays this year, meaning that residents wanting to see fireworks this Fourth of July will have to travel.

Mt. Gretna, while not doing fireworks, will be holding the 64th annual Independance Day Concert at the Mt. Gretna Playhouse featuring the Keystone Band of Rehrersburg at 7 p.m. on July 4. At 10 a.m., Mt. Gretna will hold its third annual bike parade.

Myerstown will be hosting a celebratory event as well throughout the day at the William L. Derr Community Swimming Pool, located at 1 W Center Ave.

Here are three Fourth of July celebrations being held this year that will include fireworks displays.

Lebanon

The Lebanon City Fourth of July fireworks display will be held at Coleman Memorial Park on Thursday, July 4, scheduled to begin at approximately 9 p.m.

Rain date is set for the following day at 9 p.m.

The display, provided by Fantastic Fireworks, will be accompanied by the Lebanon County Community Concert Band who will perform in the spectator area of the lower parking lot at Coleman Memorial Park beginning at 8 p.m., until the start of the firework show.

For safety of spectators, no bikes will be permitted in the parking area near the ballfields after 5 p.m. Dogs will not be permitted in the spectator area. Alcoholic beverages, sparklers and fireworks novelties are prohibited in the park.

This year's firework display was funded, in part, by donations from visitors and citizens in the community.

While rides will close at 10 p.m., the park will remain open for guests to watch the fireworks from inside the park and its parking lots.

Lititz

A large Fourth of July celebration is also being held at Lititz Springs Park, located at 24 N Broad St, Lititz, featuring live entertainment, concessions and children's activities all leading up to a fireworks display.

The festivities begin at 7 a.m.

Fireworks will begin at 9:30 p.m. on July 4, and will be a show set to music.
