Polish American Arts Festival coming July 26
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Dates have been announced for this year’s Polish American Arts Festival, a weekend full of performances, food, activities and more.
The festival will kick off at 5 p.m. Friday, July 26 with a march of community organizations and families and will last for three days. Celebrations will take place at Cheektowaga Town Park on Harlem Road.
A food court, food trucks and beer garden vendors will be on site at the festival, featuring dishes from Potts Deli, Redlinski Meats and Babcia’s Pierogi, among others.
Performances from Grammy-nominated Polka artists including “Maestro’s Men”, the Buffalo Touch and New Direction will take place at the Kwik Fill PolAm Amphitheater stage. Free family-friendly activities will be available all weekend long.
Since its introduction in 1979, the annual festival has become one of the largest ethnic festivals of its kind in North America, drawing visitors from all across the U.S. and Canada.
