POLL: Who makes the best apple cider donut in New Jersey?
Happy (almost) fall, New Jersey!
Now that school's headed back into session, flannels are lining the shelves at Marshall's and temperatures have dropped below 90°, it's time for the ultimate autumn activity: March Madness.
Just kidding. Kind of.
Though it may not be the spring, we're ready to send the best-of-the-best against each other in a bracketed culinary showdown appropriate to the season.
This, hungry folks, is New Jersey Apple Cider Donut Madness.
Now, before we get started, you guys have already sent us your favorite cider donut spots around the state, which is great. We'll need your help again, though, narrowing those options down to our 16 bracket competitors.
After that, we'll open our poll each Tuesday through Thursday each week throughout September — going from Sweet 16 to Elite 8 to Final Four and the championship. The winner will be announced on Oct. 1.
So, without further ado, let's pick some finalists.
Which farm/bakery do you think makes the best apple cider donut in New Jersey?
(NOTE: Poll will close at noon on Thursday, Aug. 29).
