Hilary Duff is reunited with her children after self-quarantining after she was “exposed” to COVID-19.

The Younger actress is currently residing in New York with husband, Matthew Koma, their 2-year-old daughter, Banks, and her 8-year-old son, Luca, who she shares with ex-husband Mike Comrie. But the pregnant 33-year-old was separated from her family and staying in the family’s basement after an exposure. Nearly a week later, she shared a photo with her children back in her arms.

“Not totally in the clear but looking positive and by that I mean negative!” Duff captioned a black-and-white photo of herself hugging the two kiddies on Tuesday evening. She and Luca wore masks.

Duff initially revealed that she had been exposed to the virus on Saturday when she wrote “Exposed to covid. Quarantine day 2 Fml,” on an Instagram Story post. From there, she chronicled her time alone while the children spent some quality time with Koma.

“My sweet family was leaving so many sweet treats outside my door. I finally threatened to run upstairs...break quarantine and breathe all over them so they have to have me back,” she joked after sharing photos of the snacks brought to her door from family and friends.

She even shared videos of her and Luca communicating via stomps on the floor from different rooms. “Matt taught Luca the code for I love you,” she said while stomping three times. “We’ve been doing it all day long. It’s so sad.”

On Tuesday afternoon, Duff shared that she was going to get a rapid test five days after being exposed to the virus and showing no symptoms. According to the photo posted that evening, Duff tested negative but is remaining cautious by wearing a mask around her family.
