Pregnant Kourtney Kardashian Strips Down for Racy New Magazine Cover Photo

Kourtney Kardashian stripped down to her underwear for Vanity Fair Italia's stunning digital cover.
The cover photo was revealed on Oct. 13, showing the Poosh founder in a leather bra and matching panties, while covered in a black, translucent veil. She caressed her pregnant belly while showing off her various silver rings, which matched her irregularly shaped earrings.
In the cover story, Kardashian opened up about how she's approached her pregnancy following her emergency fetal surgery in September. She shared that unlike during her three previous pregnancies, she was "followed by a different group of doctors, who gave me many restrictions in the first months." The restrictions were tough, which included "no workouts, no pilates, no caffeine, and no plane trips—even no sex!"
But once she underwent surgery, she let go of the fear tied to the severe caution.
"Right after the surgery, I reached the point where I let myself go and I stopped worrying. Now I talk to the baby every day, have a positive mindset, keep my head straight, and say a lot of prayers," she said.
The 44-year-old said that she sees her pregnancy as "God's plan," as it arrived when she and husband Travis Barker "no longer even thought about it, and when I had stopped fertility treatments."
Additionally, she shut down rumors that her sister Kim Kardashian wasn't supportive of her getting together with Barker, whom the SKIMS founder had feelings for at one point. "Really, we always knew we were more than friends. And those around us knew it too: everyone always told us that we were meant to be together, including Kendall, Kim and Kanye," she said.
