Pregnant Pippa Middleton Just Wore the Perfect Swimsuit for Summer, and You Can Still Buy It
Pippa Middleton continues to showcase her chic maternity style, while documenting the exercise routines she's been undertaking whilst pregnant.
As she approaches her due date, Middleton opens up about her workout routine in her column for Waitrose Weekend magazine. In particular, the Duchess of Cambridge's sister shares how swimming has helped her to continue exercising throughout her pregnancy. Middleton writes:
"Swimming throughout pregnancy offers a wonderful feeling of weightlessness. From personal experience, I’d confidently say I find it has been the most enjoyable and rewarding form of exercise since I found out I was expecting. It’s comforting to know that it’s safe throughout pregnancy, and you don’t need to adapt and change too much (unlike most other sports)."
Middleton also reveals that swimming counteracts any aches and pains she's been experiencing, especially in the hotter weather. She writes:
"As the summer weather contributes to feelings of bloating and swelling, swimming will keep your body cooler while exercising, something that is a relief in pregnancy, preventing swelling in the arms and legs. But even in the cooler months, temporarily joining a local pool can be worth the investment. If this is the only exercise you do during pregnancy, you’re onto a good thing!'"
But perhaps best of all is the fact that Pippa's gorgeous swimsuit, which perfectly showcases her baby bump, is still available to buy from Sweaty Betty, and it's also on sale right now. The oxblood color-block Free Dive suit is currently reduced from $120 to $84, so it's the perfect time to snap one up:

Middleton has also recommended playing tennis during pregnancy, because of the health benefits the sport offers including, "improved placental growth, good weight management, as well as reducing back pain, strengthening heart and blood vessels, overall body strength, and reducing the risk of gestational diabetes."
