Prettiest gowns at the 2018 Academy Awards

Hollywood's biggest night of the year -- the 2018 Academy Awards -- has finally arrived and there wasn't a gown too sparkly or too dramatic on the red carpet. Sparkles and sequins filled the red carpet, as well as gowns in bold hues (we're looking at you Viola Davis!), and it's safe to say that stars brought their A-game this time around.

Jennifer Garner shut down the red carpet in an electric blue Versace gown that hugged every inch of her flawless figure. Gina Rodriguez simply took our breath away in a champagne-hued Zuhair Murad gown with a plunging neckline while Viola Davis was pretty in a pink Michael Kors ensemble.

But it was Gal Gadot who simply stole the show in her fringed, glittering Givenchy number. The "Wonder Woman" star brought out all the stops in the silver look that she accessorized with major diamonds.
