The idea for these festive “pie collars” came to us from Martha Stewart, who uses them to make her dessert buffet look cohesive (genius!). But honestly, we think they’re lovely enough to transform dessert into the dining table’s piece de resistance

Simply grab some herbs, backyard foliage or fresh greenery if you can swing it (how lovely are these eucalyptus, bay and olive leaf versions?), then twist the greens into pie-sized halos to ring around the base of your dish.

There you have it, folks: A super delightful focal point. And what a way to glorify the best part of Thanksgiving—you know, besides the whole spending time with family thing.
