Prince George, Princess Charlotte & Prince Louis Go to Christmas Lunch
Duchess Kate and Prince William were photographed arriving at Buckingham Palace to attend the queen's annual Christmas lunch with members of the royal family.
Their three kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, were also in tow, making adorable faces from the window of the car while driving in.
The royals have begun arriving at Buckingham Palace for the queen's annual holiday luncheon, but all eyes are on the smallest (and cutest) attendees: Duchess Kate and Prince William's kids.
Prince George, 6, Princess Charlotte, 4, and Prince Louis, 1, were photographed riding in two different cars as their parents drove them to the Christmas celebration in London. George, the third in line for the throne, rode in the front seat with the Duke of Cambridge in one vehicle, while Charlotte and Louis were seen seated behind the duchess in another.
The reason for separate rides was simply the size of the Cambridges' growing family. With three kids, a nanny, and a protection officer (bodyguard) also in tow, they couldn't all fit in one car, royal correspondent Victoria Arbiter explained on Twitter.
The little ones dressed up for the occasion, especially Louis, who looked festive in his tiny festive knit sweater. Charlotte appeared to be wearing something red, while big brother George kept it classic in a white button-down with blue piping.
We'll be seeing more of the Cambridge kids this holiday season, as they're expected to walk with the royal family to church service in Norfolk on Christmas Day.
