Prince Harry Just Met a Dog in Sussex, and I'm Officially Dead
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are visiting Sussex today, ahead of their royal tour later this month, which will take them to Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and the Kingdom of Tonga.
Their trip to Sussex is important for several reasons, especially as Meghan and Harry were bestowed with the titles the Duke and Duchess of Sussex when they got married on May 19, 2018.
But the main reason that I'm excited about the royals visiting Chichester today is because Prince Harry met a dog and I'm officially dead:
Seriously, have y0u ever seen a moment sweeter than this? Take a second before you answer, because this might be even more adorable than the actual royal wedding, in which two truly loved-up people made a promise to love one another forever:
Not to be outdone by her husband's cuteness, Meghan also met a pup as she greeted fans in Chichester, having arrived in Sussex for the day of visits:
Meghan and Harry are in Chichester to visit Edes House, which is currently home to Sussex's extremely rare copy of America's Declaration of Independence. While the original resides in Washington D.C., it was recently verified that a second copy had somehow made its way to England, with researchers at Harvard confirming the document's authenticity.
The fact that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will get to see an artefact of such incredible historical importance is definitely impressive, but Prince Harry meeting this gorgeous dog probably just about tops it, right?
