Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Sent Out Sweet Thank-You Cards After Archie's Christening
From Meghan's turn guest-editing British Vogue to Prince Harry's appearance today announcing his new sustainable travel initiative, the Sussexes have been keeping busy this summer. But that doesn't mean they're neglecting their manners. Harry and Meghan recently sent out thank you notes to fans who sent well wishes following Archie's christening back in July.
One person who received a royal reply is @loopycrown3, who posted the sweet note on Instagram. The postcard features a gorgeous black and white photo of the family from the christening that was taken in the rose garden of Windsor Castle.
On the flip side is a note from Meghan and Harry, which reads: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been overwhelmed by all the incredible kind cards and letters they have received on the occasion of Archie's Christening."
The royals sent their best wishes and added that they were "so touched" to have received the old-fashioned snail mail.
As the Sussexes wrap up their busy summer, they're preparing for their tour of Africa, which officially kicks off on September 23. The family will visit South Africa together, and later on Prince Harry will be visiting Malawi, Angola, and Botswana. The trip will also mark Meghan's return to public duties following her maternity leave.
"I can’t wait to introduce my wife and son to South Africa!" Prince Harry wrote in an Instagram post about the upcoming trip. "We’ll see all of you very soon.”
