Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Were Reportedly Interviewed for a New Tell-All Book

Looks like Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are set to make major headlines once again. According to a new report, the couple has opened up to two reporters who are writing a book about their time as senior members of the royal family.

Per the Daily Mail, the former royals have given interviews to Omid Scobie (Royal Editor at Large for BAZAAR.com) and Carolyn Durand (a royal contributor for Elle and OprahMag.com) for their biography titled Thoroughly Modern Royals: The Real World Of Harry And Meghan. The real world? Sounds like a Bravo reality television show that we would definitely watch.

The biography (which has been described as “their side of the story”), is said to be over 320 pages and is aiming for release on August 11. However, both the writers have yet to officially confirm the Sussexes' involvement in the book or provide any additional details.

The news comes just a week after the couple revealed their new tabloid policy of “zero engagement” and sent a letter to the editors of The Sun, Daily Mail, Mirror and Express saying that they will no longer respond to any inquiries from their reporters.

In the statement, Meghan and Harry pointed out that this new policy is not about “avoiding criticism” nor does it apply to all media. They also stated that they look forward to “working with journalists and media organizations all over the world.” This new book may just be part of what they were referring to.

So, if the couple was in fact interviewed for the upcoming book, we’ll definitely be adding it to our summer reading list. (Who are we kidding? We'll be reading it either way.)
