Prince Harry and Meghan's Docuseries Has Seriously Broken Netflix Records
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's highly anticipated docuseries, Harry & Meghan, premiered last week, and it has already broken Netflix records.
Volume I of the show debuted with 81.55 million hours viewed—the highest view hours of any documentary title in a premiere week, per the streaming service.
Directed by Oscar-winner Liz Garbus, the docuseries is also now the No. 2 English television series being streamed globally (behind Wednesday), and appeared in the Top 10 TV list in 85 countries.
It is also No. 1 in the United Kingdom, though we know Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, are not the ones watching.
Just four days into the series being available on Netflix, over 28 million households had seen the first three episodes.
In Volume I of the show, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex spoke of their love story and their low-key life at home in California with their two kids, and gave a glimpse into what drove them to step down from their senior royal roles.

Volume II, however, promises a lot more drama, particularly regarding their alleged estrangement from Prince Harry's royal family, and potentially a view into what their relationship with them looks like now.

Harry & Meghan Volume I is now available to stream on Netflix. Volume II premieres at 3 a.m. ET on December 15.
