Prince Harry Has a Rare Portrait With Meghan Markle on Display in Their Former Home
Spotted… again: a photo of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from their engagement session on display in their former home. The new dad returned to Kensington Palace on Tuesday, June 11, for a solo outing to meet with the Prime Minister of Nepal KP Sharma Oli. While the official sit-down was documented by palace photographers, eagle-eyed observers noticed a cute relationship detail in the background of the room.
On display in the room was a portrait of the prince and the former Suits actress from their engagement session with photographer Alexi Lubomirksi. This particular snapshot was not released in an official capacity with the other portraits revealed to the public in December 2017.
In the pic, Harry looks handsome in a navy suit against Markle’s pale blue, form-flattering sheath dress. Making the photo display all-the-more sentimental was the inclusion of the couple’s joint monogram on the frame of the portrait. Queen Elizabeth has the same exact snapshot on display in her home of Buckingham Palace.

While this particular snapshot wasn’t handed out to media, Lubomirski released a series of stunning images taken on the grounds of Frogmore House following the couple’s November 2017 engagement announcement.
“A huge thank you to His Royal Highness Prince Harry and Ms Markle, for allowing me to take their official engagement portraits,” Lubomirski expressed on his website. “Not only was it an incredible honour, but also an immense privilege to be invited to share and be a witness to this young couple’s love for each other. I cannot help but smile when I look at the photos that we took.”
Harry and Meghan lived in Kensington Palace’s Nottingham Cottage for a few years before recently moving to Frogmore Cottage ahead of the birth of their first child, son Archie.
