Princess Charlotte Is Enjoying Time With Baby
Days after welcoming her baby brother into the royal family - and capturing the hearts of the nation with that adorable wave - Princess Charlotte is reportedly getting to spend some quality time with the newborn this week.
"Why Charlotte and not George?" you ask.
Well, the two-year-old isn’t due to return to nursery school until Thursday April 26, so has the chance to spend two days at her home in Kensington Palace with the baby and her parents while they take leave from public duties.
Meanwhile, Prince George went back to school on Tuesday following his exciting visit to the Lindo Wing with his sister to meet his second younger sibling.
It’s widely thought George will be taken to school by his dad for the remainder of William's paternity leave.
The news comes days after George reportedly pulled off some classic big brother shenanigans on his sister - who made history following the royal birth - just after they entered the Lindo Wing.
Eagle-eyed Twitter user Gabrielle Catlow pointed out part of the footage of the royal tots' arrival, where George appears to flick the back of Charlotte's head just before the doors closed behind them.
However, others claim the prince was simply trying to put his arm around his sibling.
They jury is out on this one.
The Duke of Duchess of Cambridge introduced their beautiful baby son to the world on Monday, just hours after Kate gave birth after being admitted to the Lindo Wing in the early hours of the morning.
Kensington Palace confirmed the new mum was discharged from hospital and would be returning home on the same day, tweeting:
Lucky Charlotte getting to have some one-on-one time with the little prince!
