Princess Charlotte steals the spotlight on her first day of school
Princess Charlotte is all grown up and headed to her first day of school.
The second child of Prince William and Kate Middleton stole the spotlight once again on Thursday morning as she walked alongside her parents and big brother, Prince George, 6, for her first day at Thomas’s Battersea. In a video posted by Kensington Palace on Instagram, the 4-year-old was seen nervously trailing behind as they approached the school, until she was greeted by the head of lower school, Helen Haslem.
Charlotte sweetly twirled her hair while shaking hands with Haslem, before George continued to lead the way into the building. Naturally, people are entranced with the princess’s charming entrance.
“I could watch this over and over again,” one person commented. Another wrote, “Charlotte and the pony tail: a series. Love it!”
Still, others were focused on how fabulous another member of the royal family looked for school drop-off after seeing Kate’s amazing look.
“I'd like to take a moment to appreciate Kate's gorgeous hair,” one commenter wrote.
“Look how beautifully elegant Kate looks,” another pointed out. “I wish I looked like this doing the nursery run!”
Needless to say, all four members of the Royal family look amazing and ready to take on the school year where, according to People, the children will have the opportunity to ditch their royal titles and be normal kids.
