Purely Pressed expanding to Elkhart's River District
Sep. 3—ELKHART — Purely Pressed, a "health care cafe" specializing in organic, cold-pressed juices, will be opening a new location in Elkhart this fall.
This makes the third store in the South Bend-Elkhart region for the company. This new store will be located in the Elkhart River District, housed within the brand new building called The Eastbank, positioned in front of the Elkhart Health & Aquatics Center.
According to a statement from the company, this new location, at 210 E. Jackson Blvd., Suite 101, will be Purely Pressed's first venture into Elkhart. Purely Pressed will open by this fall.
The new Elkhart location will feature a wide range of cold-pressed juices, smoothies, Buddha bowls and salads, and wellness shots, all made from the fresh, organic ingredients. The store is designed to offer a welcoming and health-conscious environment for all customers, the press release reads.
"We are incredibly excited to open our doors and join the Elkhart River District and contribute to the ongoing development of this vibrant area," said Rachel Blake, owner of Purely Pressed. "Our goal has always been to provide high-quality, nutritious options to our customers, and we're eager to bring that commitment to the Elkhart community."
A grand opening at Purely Pressed's location in Elkhart and additional details will be announced soon.
