Queen Camilla is making sure to send her support to Kate Middleton.
The wife of King Charles III recently stepped out for a public appearance at a farmer's market in Shrewsbury. England, where she relayed a message to her stepdaughter-in-law from fans who are sending their best to the Princess of Wales amid her ongoing cancer battle.
In photos taken Wednesday, March 27, Queen Camilla could be seen holding up a sign, presumably made by a fan, that read, "Send our love to Kate." Camilla, 76, held up the sign for the camera while giving a big smile in support of the princess.
And the sign was not without a nod to the queen herself, as a small corner of the poster also featured small words written in pink that read, "Hi Camilla!"
Queen Camilla's public appearance comes just days after news of Kate's cancer was shared with the world in a personal video message released on Friday, March 22. In the clip, Kate, 42, revealed she was diagnosed with cancer after undergoing abdominal surgery in January.
Other members of the royal family, including King Charles—who is also in the midst of his own cancer journey—spoke out after Kate's announcement to offer their support.
In a statement made via a spokesperson for the 75-year-old monarch, Charles was said to be "so proud of Catherine for her courage in speaking as she did."
"Following their time in hospital together, His Majesty has 'remained in the closest contact with his daughter-in-law throughout the past weeks.'"
The king was photographed for the first time since Kate shared the news on Tuesday, March 26, where he was seen meeting with a group of community faith leaders from across the UK as part of the Windsor Leadership Trust at Buckingham Palace.
