If you've ever used a slang word or phrase on the slopes without being quite sure what it means, you're not alone.

Whether its on a chairlift or in the bar after a day on the slopes we're all guilty of wanting to look cool, often failing to confess our ignorance to the latest hipster phrases.

Skiing and snowboarding has been spawning slang since its inception and whether you're a newbie (or "noob") to snow sports or a seasoned pro, you can't always be expected to know what a "grind", "bail" or "biff" is (all genuine terms, apparently), but take our test and you might find out you're already an expert snow-sports linguist.
