Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine Reportedly Attacked, Kidnapped, and Robbed in Brooklyn
Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine (also known as Tekashi69) has reportedly been hospitalized after being attacked, kidnapped, and robbed in Brooklyn. TMZ reports that 6ix9ine was working on a music video in the early hours of Sunday morning, and when he arrived at his home at close to 4 AM, another car pulled up and blocked the driveway.
Per TMZ sources, 3 gunmen came out of the car, "pistol whipped" the rapper, and knocked him unconscious:
We're told the next thing Tekashi knew, he was in the back seat of the car as the gunmen were driving around, telling him if they didn't get what they wanted from him-jewelry and money-they would kill him.
The gunmen reportedly drove back to 6ix9ine's home and stole $750k in jewelry and "between $15k and $20k in cash." They then left with the rapper in the car, and he was eventually able to open the back door and jump out. He reportedly "jumped in the passenger seat of a stranger's vehicle and pleaded for help," 911 was called, and 6ix9ine was taken to the hospital where he still remains and is undergoing tests.
At the time the alleged gunmen entered the rapper's home, his girlfriend and daughter were inside, but thankfully remained unharmed.
