Real, and toy, vehicles on display at Matchbox Collectors Gathering in Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Matchbox Collectors Gathering is a dream event for car collectors of all ages. The Albuquerque Marriott Hotel hosted the event this weekend.
Visitors could see the muscle cars and hot rods filling the parking lot, and inside the hotel, top industry toy makers gave presentations on all things Matchbox.

To top it off, the gathering also doubled as a fundraiser for Alta Mira, a local non-profit helping individuals and families with developmental disabilities. The show wraps on Sunday.
