Rebel Wilson Reenacts Magical Disneyland Proposal to Ramona Agruma With Drew Barrymore

The 'Pitch Perfect' actress popped the question in front of Sleeping Beauty's castle, but not everything went to plan.

Rebel Wilson has revealed more details about her dreamy engagement to fiancée Ramona Agruma, which took place last week at the happiest place on earth: Disneyland.

In a preview of tomorrow's episode of The Drew Barrymore Show shared on the show's official Instagram page yesterday, Feb. 28, Wilson takes Barrymore through the engagement, reenacting the moment she popped the question in front of Sleeping Beauty's castle—and the aftermath.

The clip starts with the Pitch Perfect actress settling onto her knees in front of the 50 First Dates star, who was also on her knees.

"I literally had just been in this position, um, yes," Wilson said, getting into place. She and Barrymore clutched each other's hands in between them, doing everything in their power not to derail the story with their laughter.

"Exactly like this!" Wilson confirmed as the audience cheered. "I'm getting flashbacks."

"How did it go?" Barrymore begged her to share.

"I had just proposed to my girlfriend, Ramona," Wilson says, leading Barrymore to cheer wildly, the couple's sweet engagement photos popping up on the screen.

"So I was like, 'Do I get down on one knee? What do I do?' And I was like, 'I may as well,' so I got down on one knee, and then she—like what you're doing—goes, 'Well you can't be the only one on your knees,' so she got down as well."

"Yes, because she's a giver, not a taker!" the romantic-at-heart host swooned.

"Yes! And we were in Disneyland, the happiest proposal place on Earth, so we were in the middle of Disneyland, proposing, and luckily they put some topiary trees around us to give us a little bit of privacy and it was just beautiful," Wilson gushed.

But things didn't quite go to plan after Agruma said yes.

She continued, "...I was like, 'Oh, okay, great,' and I was so overwhelmed that afterward, we went on a ride, this new ride that they had, and I kind of collapsed afterward because I was so, like, overwhelmed with- 'cause I'd never been engaged before, or proposed to, or proposed, so it was like such a huge thing in my life. And then we went on this new ride and I go, 'Hang on, I just have to like-' and then I just literally collapsed on the floor for like five minutes."

Once she collected herself, though, it was smooth sailing from there. "And then I go, 'Okay, I'm good, let's get churros!'"

One fan understood the desire for the sweet treat, writing, "Disneyland churros are like $20 they better cure everything ??"

But most were just thrilled to see the Senior Year star so happy.

"You can feel the happy exuding from her pores!!! Amazing! So happy for you ladies! Congrats!!!!" one comment read.

"Aww I'm so happy for her! Good people deserve to be happy... ??," wrote another fan.

"Bless rebel I’m so happy for her ??," the support continued.

Wilson and Agruma went public with their relationship in June of 2022 after an Australian outlet threatened to out them first. Just a few months later, Wilson welcomed her first child via surrogacy.
