Red Lobster Fans Hyped Over ‘Epic’ Off-Menu Meal Deal Unveiled 2 Months After Bankruptcy News
Red Lobster is setting itself up to satisfy its customers' cravings once again!
The seafood chain seems poised for a comeback just two months after announcing it was filing for bankruptcy, with the introduction of a new meal deal.
After getting a helping hand from rapper Flavor Flav, who pledged to aid in the restaurant turning its business financials around, Red Lobster is unveiling the "most flavorful meal collab of the summer": Flavor Flav's Faves.
But as with all seafood, there's a catch—only those "in-the-know" who are aware of the meal deal can order it, as it will remain an off-menu special throughout its limited-time run.
The offering promises to present a variety of Flavor Flav’s Red Lobster favorites all on one plate. "The new signature meal was hand-selected by Flavor Flav himself and features Maine Lobster Tail, Snow Crab Legs, Garlic Shrimp Scampi, and Bacon Mac & Cheese, plus choice of one side," a press release shared directly with Parade explains.

"As a long-time Red Lobster fan, I'm fired up to bring a little bit of my own flavor to fans with a meal featuring my seafood favorites," Flavor Flav said. "You gotta get to Red Lobster and give it a try because this signature meal is hype, boy!"
In May, the chain announced major changes were coming to their restaurants after news of their bankruptcy was released. At the time, Flavor Flav quickly stepped in to offer his assistance, responding to a statement posted on X with, "YOOOO,,, I use my platform to help others and now I wanna use it to help save one of America’s greatest dining dynasties,,, Yo @redlobster CALL ME,!!! I gotchu."
From the looks of it, the company took his offer, and though all the details are unclear, it seems to be the beginning of a beautiful partnership between the former music star and seafood eatery.
