The only things better than Reese’s Cups are Reese’s shapes, and hopefully you’ve tried them all. We have eggs for Easter, pumpkins for Halloween, and trees for Christmas. Now there are not one, but three new ones that you definitely haven’t had before. Hershey’s has released three new Mystery Shapes, and they’re all holiday-inspired.

Original Reese’s shapes are certainly excited for chocolate-peanut butter lovers, but it becomes especially noteworthy since these are the first new holiday shapes in 20 years (!!!). Get your mind into Christmas mode, because you have some guessing to do.

Thanks to Reese’s, I got my hands on a couple bags of the Mystery Shapes ahead of the release. Right away, I could see that one was a stocking. Adorable! Love it! The other two? One looks like a snowman/gingerbread man and the other like a … rectangle? My coworkers and I are thinking that it’s a bell that isn’t that defined.

If you think back to 2015, Reese’s Trees looked like a blob, and people had a tough time deciphering its shape. My coworkers and I were hit with the same confusion with last of the three shapes. And don’t look for the package for any clues, because the shape confirmation is hush-hush.

The shape doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things. As long as there’s tasty milk chocolate and peanut butter in them, we’re happy. You can pick up a bag now at retailers, including Walmart. Happy snacking (and guessing)!
