How Reese Witherspoon Currently Feels About 'Rough' Divorce Decision
The award-winning actress and producer shocked fans when she announced her divorce from husband Jim Toth in March.
A month after announcing her split from husband Jim Toth, award-winning actress Reese Witherspoon has begun settling into this new stage of her life with "no regrets."
Just two days shy of the couple's 12th anniversary, Witherspoon, 47, shared a statement online announcing that the pair would be separating. The news not only came as a shock to fans but, according to new reports, was initially a startling realization for the star herself.
"The divorce decision was not an easy one for her. It was rough to reach the decision and to announce it," a source told People. "Reese is doing much better now, though. She has no regrets and is just focused on her kids and work."
"She has a big group of loyal friends that she leans on," the source added, noting, "There is no drama with Jim. They co-parent and this is the focus."

The Tiny Beautiful Things executive producer and CAA talent agent Toth share 10-year-old son Tennessee James. The Morning Show alum is also the mom of two adult children–23-year-old daughter Ava Elizabeth and 19-year-old son Deacon Reese–whom she welcomed with her first husband, Ryan Phillippe.
The difficult adjustment hasn't stopped Witherspoon nor her family from living their lives. The Legally Blonde star was recently photographed celebrating her eldest son alongside her ex, and just days earlier, she was seen enjoying herself at the premiere of the new miniseries she produced, The Last Thing He Told Me.
The Last Thing He Told Me, produced by Witherspoon’s media company Hello Sunshine, and adapted from Laura Dave’s 2021 New York Times bestseller, stars Jennifer Garner as Hannah, a woman who forms an unexpected bond with her 16-year-old stepdaughter (played by Angourie Rice) while looking for answers about her husband’s (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) mysterious disappearance.
The new series is currently streaming exclusively via Apple TV+.
