Over the past couple of years, Reformation — the Los Angeles-based brand that's grown to cult-like status in the sustainable fashion world — has continued to expand its customer reach, from launching both a kids and baby clothes collection, to opening a high-tech store in San Francisco, to adding swimwear to its repertoire, to giving petite-size clothing a permanent spot in their brand.

Now, Reformation can finally claim a permanent expansion into inclusive sizing with a new collection that offers 18 of the brand's best-selling styles, including tops, bodysuits, skirts and dresses, sizes 1X-3X and 14-24, with the promise of new stuff being added every month. The collection is available both on Reformation's website, as well as Nordstrom's, with prices starting at $48.

If you recall, back in March 2018, the brand launched an extended sizing collection in collaboration with Ali Tate Cutler, which featured dresses, two-piece sets, tops and bodysuits in sizes 0-22 and XS-3X.

"Last year we started receiving a lot of comments on social media and requests from customers for more inclusive sizing," the brand said in a release at the time. "We agree it's unfair that we only offer clothing to a limited size range and have been working on changing this. We're now happy to be launching a collection with more sizes (0-22). We're super sorry we didn't do it sooner."

But the collection eventually disappeared, leaving only the ability to buy seven extended-sized jean styles from Reformation's Ref Jeans collection and the promise in a Nov. 2018 press announcement of the jean collection's extended sizing launch that the brand would be "permanently launching into the extended sizing category with an evergreen collection early [2019]."

In a statement from Reformation's representative, Yael Aflalo, the brand's founder and CEO, said her biggest dream is to bring sustainable fashion to everyone.

"We want all women to be able to wear our clothes and feel good doing it. With that goal in mind, we're super happy to now offer a bunch of our most popular styles permanently in extended sizing," Aflalo said.
